1. Election Document Vault (EDV)

Archive / Retrieval / Management (BLI Review)

ECM Today! provides Election Administrators/Officials with the functionality of a comprehensive Electronic Document Management System integrated with TEAMs addressing the many demands of managing the documentation required in administering Elections – Centralized, Secure, Autonomous.

3. Conversion / Migration

5. Cancellation Utility: Retention Management

When the nightly refresh of Voter List data from TEAMS updates the Status with a cancellation code, the Records Management utility starts a 22-month clock based on Document Type.

  • Automatically sets a retention period for documents based on Doc Type and Creation Date
  • Notification received at end of retention period for Destruction or continued Retention

6. Equipment Chain of Custody Utility

  • Complete an Equipment Tracking Form (fillable PDF) with all data required including location, delivery date, pick-up date – Signature required.
  • Executed forms are scanned, and data extracted to track equipment, date, location, and link to signed Equipment Tracking Form.

7. Election Document Electronic Workflows (EDVW)

  • Route docs to complete specific Tasks:
  • Route to TEAMs or VREM for Review and Update
  • Route Documents for Auto-Redaction
  • Route Document to a Pending Queue (ABBM, FPCA, etc.)
